Stayed here because I love the location and wasn't looking for amenities- it delivered.
The Crimson Lounge is great if you choose to take advantage of it and the breakfast spot is pretty good.
Didn't get to try out the bowling alley but I imagine it's pretty fun.
Rooms were clean, small but somewhat appropriate for the location and style of the hotel.
No complaints. Didn't interact with the staff too much. Great place to crash. « less

My husband surprised me with a night out in Chicago for my birthday. We have stayed in many other hotels but this by far was our best experience. From the doormen that greeted you, to a nice experience at the front desk, to the beautiful room with the beautiful view, it was all outstanding. The bed was so comfortable and our room had a very spacious bathroom. Not to mention this hotel is in the perfect location where we were able to walk to many different restaurants and bars. I was so sad when we had to check out and cannot wait to come back. « less
