This flexible meeting and event space is located in the heart of Keystone at 1628 Saint Johns Road directly off Highway 6 when you drive into town. This room is equipped to cover the maximum occupancy listed in the description above. There is space to host more people, but it would require rental of tables from a local rental company, Tents and Events. There is a large 8x10 drop down screen at the front of the room and small patio off to the side. The foyer affords a formal check in location or the perfect place to put food and beverage tables. The Community Room is surrounded on 3 sides with 10 foot plus windows and is the perfect place for dress rehearsal dinner, corporate retreat, après ski party for ski clubs and more. There is no food and beverage minimum making it an affordable event spot. Outside caterers are allowed and we are happy to provide a list of local caterers that are familiar with working in this venue.
