My husband and I enjoyed several nights here. The rooms are quiet and clean and staff is helpful, especially Barney and Laurie Beth who are always cheerful and willing go the extra mile. After looking at other reviews and maps, we hoped we had chosen a good location, and we did. Mountain Brook is very nearby and the hotel is also central to several highways. « less

This hotel has an outstanding staff. They do a wonderful job of making sure that the guest feel welcome and appreciated. It's located about a mile from an awesome shopping center and great food. Convenient to all highways ands less then 20 minutes from the airport.
The rooms are nice on comfy. I wish there were more outlets around the room but that wasn't a major issue for me.
The only complaint I have is about the housekeeping crew but I'm willing to continue to stay here because all the other employees are awesome. « less

This hotel is easily accessible to interstate highways yet provides the feeling that you're in a quiet get-away. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a more interesting menu than you find in many business-type hotels.
Room was spacious and the bathroom had terrific lighting; unlike so many hotels today.

As a "high maintenance" traveler, friendliness, cleanliness, comfort and safety are very important for me. This is my third time staying at this hotel and I've already booked my next stay for June. The staff is very friendly and I was impressed they remembered me when I checked in. They have a shuttle service that will pick you up from the airport and if working within close proximity of the hotel they will pick you up and take you to the airport after you have already checked out. I recommend staying on the Executive Floor as they serve complimentary breakfast, hor d'oeuvres in the evening and dessert after 7 pm. You can also help yourself to bottled water, soft drinks from the mini fridge. However, it's not necessary to stay on the Executive floor as the other rooms in the hotel are equally as nice! « less

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Not sure how old hotel is but it looked and felt fairly new. Didn't have the usual perks Hilton Honors guests often see such as bottled waters on check in and breakfast in restaurant. Rooms were spacious but lacked electrical outlets. For example, my coffee maker was not plugged in and I could not reach the outlet without having to move the dresser. Hint: outlets are on the base of the nightstand lamps, but are hard to see. Otherwise great place to stay. « less
