Thank you for taking your time to respond about the Hilton woodbridge. I have read over your comments and I would like to apologize for the issues you had with us during your stay. We try our best to make all of our rooms to the best they can be for each and every guest. in this case you had issues with the smell of the room and around your room was loud. We are a 100% smoke free hotel, but unfortunately that does not stop guest's from smoking in them. The housekeeping department tries there very best to get rid of the smoke smell, if someone has smoked in the room. But for you we could have changed your room to another room that smelled better and tried to move you away from noise you were hearing. Lastly about the clog in the tub we could of had engineering come to the room to unclog the tub. Again i am very sorry your stay was not to the level you would have liked.

Thank you for taking your time to respond about our hotel. I do apologize you did not have a perfect stay with us. We try to make every guests stay a perfect ten. I have read over your response about the Hilton Woodbridge and our hotel is in a corporate area but that is why we have the shuttle that can take you within three miles. Within those three miles we have many restaurants and two malls that you could go to. We also have the metropark train station very close and that can take you into New York City. Also all of our TV's in the hotel are brand new within the year. Had to move rooms 2 times bc they put me right by elevator and it was very noisy. They were not able to accommodate my king bed request after move.
Breakfast was very nice and front desk staff was helpful when needed. Taxi from Newark is 90 bucks .... Pricy!!! « less

I know we are in more of a corporate area but we do have the train station that can bring you into NYC, we also have a shuttle that can take you within a three mile radius. Within that radius we have 2 malls and a wide variety of restaurants. I also would like to apologize for your room issue with having a room by the elevator. We try to accommodate every guests requests, but unfortunately we did not accommodate yours. If you do decide to try our hotel again I would be more than happy to upgrade you to one of our superior king beds.
