Sheraton Taipei Hotel opened on March 24th,1981 under the name of Lai Lai Sheraton Hotel and collaborated with Starwood Hotel & Resort Worldwide inc. to prove five-star facilities and services.
Control of the hotel officially transferred to the management of My Humble House Hospitality Management Consulting Firm on July 1,2002,and the name was changed to Sheraton Taipei Hotel. In order to prove a breakthrough and innovative style while maintaining the beauty of classic Chinese elements, Sheraton Taipei Hotel underwent a three-year renovation period, after which carefully selected antiques can be seen everywhere throughout the hotel as well as many interesting touches of Chinese designs. Sheraton Taipei Hotels consists of 688newly-refurbished rooms and suites and numerous Chinese, Western, and Japanese restaurants to provide customers with the best in food and accommodations.
