Some of the front desk staff - including the on site manager have very poor customer service skills to say the least. Check in was difficult at best....not be cause it was complicated, but because the staff made it that way. The manager would rather argue with guests than provide a service. We asked for clean towels one morning, and got questioned by the manager about why we needed them. We WILL NOT stay at this hotel again. « less
