Quality inn is the cheapest hotel within the small cluster of hotels at that US 36 exit. Dated, but clean and solid. Breakfast is only coffee, juices, bagels, etc. -- nothing prepared. On the other hand, a walk to the nearest Starbucks takes ~10min. Would have given it an average rating, if it weren't for the staff. They were extremely helpful, allowed me a late check out (I needed my room till 3pm), and when a package mailed to the hotel did not arrive in time, they forwarded it (via USPS) to my home address. « less

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was very pleased. The front desk gal, not sure if i can write here name in so i wont, who check me in at night could not of been more pleasant and helpful. I had a coupon for a upgrade and the jacuzzi in the room was fantastic. Next time i just may have to book a room with the jacuzzi. The bedding, as well as the pillows, are comfortable. I found the hotel clean and well maintained. The room remains fresh because the heat/ac unit has a fan only option and keeps the air circulating without constantly going on and off. I would not hesitate to stay again. Great job Quality Inn Louisville. « less

Our group collectively had six rooms in this hotel. We all stayed for at least two nights, and without exception we all had a positive experience. Though I had requested a room on the first floor with two queen beds for my sister and her husband, when they checked in they were given a king on the second floor (there is no elevator here). But the front desk staff quickly changed them to a room on the first floor. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast items were just as expected from this family of hotels. We appreciated that coffee and hot tea were always available in the dining area. My only negative comment would be in regards to the fitness room. It is quite tiny and several of the pieces of equipment were pretty antiquated. « less
