My experience was horrible, the windows and carpet were filthy, Window in room broken, no elevator. On top that since my knees were hurting they moved me from 3rd floor to 2nd floor. Then we I decide to turn on TV it did not work. Reported that to the front desk - no one available on site. I asked about being moved they could only move me to the 3rd floort. I asked for Supv was told she would be at front desk the next morning. Next morning upon checkout asked for Manager and she was not there. From this experience I will not be staying at the hotel ANY MORE. But it gave me a Bad Taste for Super 8. My name is Theresa Meredith and can be reached on 202/250-1037. « less

Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, but unfortunately, that wasn't sufficient. Bed terrible - I've slept on softer floors. Bedspread full of burn holes. Toilet tank tried to refill every 2 minutes and when supposedly fixed, every 15 seconds. Caulking in bathroom broken and missing. No facial tissue in dispenser. No inside shower curtain. Ice machine broken upon arrival, though fixed next day. WiFi was down upon arrival, though fixed next day. No luggage cart or elevator. Appeared locals were visiting guests in adjacent room and having parties until the 11 p.m. deadline for non-registered guests to leave. No shuttle to airport or anywhere else. Light switch inside room door non-functional, lighting poor, light bulb over desk out. Continental breakfast virtually non-existent, though I was told that some guests came right at 6 every morning and took everything with them. No fruit. Not even bread to toast, just honeybuns in plastic 1st morning, not even that after that. Could make own waffles only. No cream for coffee, just 2% at bottom of gallon jug and not fresh-smelling. No place to sit down for Continental breakfast. This was not at all what I have experienced at Super 8 properties in the past. I cut my stay short and went elsewhere, because I just couldn't stand it anymore, despite the good pricing. « less

I will never in this life or the next stay at that hotel AGAIN! I moved the night stand to plug in my phone charger and there was a dirty used condom behind the night stand. The hanger s in the room were broken the iron had no electrical plug on it to plug into the wall. Someone came into my room while I was gone ate a bag of chips left it on the floor and took down the towels that were in the bathroom.. I was terrified! The manger only refunded me half my money and I will NEVER RETURN THERE! I have the pics to prove it! « less

Horrible hotel. I demanded a refund and the manager only refunded two of my three nights. I want my money back for the first day. Towels were dirty, room was dirty, service was rude, i left after only being there for a few hours and went to a different hotel. I will never stay at this location again! « less

We had to go somewhere to stay quickly for the night we normally book through priceline we thought we would try the super 8 since it was right down street from house. This has got to be the worst ever asked for non smoking room the room wreaked of smoke. They tried to move us but because my husband had to rush to work he had taken a shower so they told us the room wasnt usable and we wouldnt be able to move i wouldnt send my worst enemy to this hotel. « less
