Stayed this week for just one night but have stayed here several times previously. Always a clean quiet room and fast desk service. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Grounds are nicely kept, including pool and exercise areas. Rooms are large (but bathrooms undersized). Hotel is an easy exit off the highway, easy to find and park. The hotel is located on a side street, which backs up a little at a local light at rush hour.. The breakfast is good, the dinners less so. Internet can be a little slow. This is a very good hotel. Recommended. « less

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The front desk agent who checked us in was not only polite but always very helpful (Katrina). Our room was a little smaller than anticipated but it was very clean. I have to say that the housekeeping service was amazing. I have never encountered such friendly, helpful and inviting staff as I did at this hotel.The hotel is in a beautiful location. I enjoyed the walks around the surrounding area. It is in close proximemity to many shopping cenetrs. If ever in the area again I will defineitely plan on staying here. My cousin is planning her wedding for this summer and I will defineitely suggest to all that they stay at this hotel. « less

I should have chosen an upstairs unit. I was feeling lazy and did not want to carry all my junk up and down the stairs. When I walked into my lower floor room, all I smelled was "dog". If you have a pet or travel with a pet, then it may not be a big deal, but to me it is.
There is usually more parking available to the rooms on the left hand side of the property. Sometimes the parking lot gets crowded down the main stretch of buildings.
All in all it is not my favorite Res Inn in the Cleveland area, but it works. « less

Setup is more like an apartment complex rather than hotel rooms. The Market in the lobby was small and poorly stocked. Very nice lobby though. Overall it was a decent hotel but not worth the price. « less
