staff very friendly and efficient...great welcome at the lobby with cookies and even pizza, clean rooms, quiet location even if very close to the highway which makess accesibility convenient, breakfast staff very accomodating, hot breakfast and multiple selections. will definitely stay at the same place if in the area. I have stayed at other Hampton Inns but this one seem to rise above the others! « less

Nice place - very well kept. Very secure doors with card needed for entry. The pool and hot tub areas are very nice. Great complimentary breakfast with many hot food choices. Close to restaurants and it is in a very quiet cul-de-sac. Close to the Cleveland Zoo and downtown areas. « less

I have stayed this hotel on numerous occasions, and each trip is better than the last. The furnishings throughout the hotel are top notch, the breakfast is perfect, and the beds rival the Westin's Heavenly Beds! But what sets this hotel apart from others is the legendary customer service given by each and every employee! It is remarkable - always with a smile. And if you are ever able to be graced with the service by the morning driver and breakfast area keeper, you will get the best of the best. She is truly top notch! « less

Stayed in this hotel to attend a Military Retirement Ceremony and to avoid the possibility of drunk driving. Hotel was clean and quiet. Already knew the location was centrally located with easy access to major highways and close to quality eating and drinking establishment. Excellent drinks and bar food at The Ice House, less that 1/2 mile South. « less
