The hotel was good, service at the front desk was good. But the vegetarian food asked in the menu was not served for our vegetarian participants. The breakfast has been served without chairs, our attendees were eating standing. We paid $300 more for the hotel to open a room with tables and chairs in order to be comfortable to eat.

Our stay at this hotel was ok. Wasn't that bad but it definitely wasn't all good. I was locked out of the bathroom in my room, twice, and had to call for someone to open it after the first time. They didn't have a microwave anywhere in the hotel but does have a nice ice crushed ice machine. The window in the room was broken and blew in cold February air and there was no smoking at all in or around the hotel. You had to step off property a few feet to smoke a cigarette. It was quite clean and quiet which was awesome, as well as the breakfast that was complimentary both mornings of our stay. The food was great as well as the setting of the restaurant. I give the credit of my rating to the restaurant breakfast, the cleanliness and quietness of the hotel.

Property Description

The Capitol Skyline Hotel is only 5 blocks away from the US Capitol and half of our rooms offer a beautiful view of the Capitol Dome, and only 3 blocks away from the Brand New Washington Nationals Stadium and if the Nationals are playing in town during the spring and summer we offer all of our guest the ability to buy tickets to games in our lobby. It would be a nice getaway for your individuals during their off time.
