There will be no charge for the Blue Bonnet room should there be a minimum of $1500.00 of catering provided by the Ramada I.A.H East. Not including alcohol or alcoholic beverages.
There will be no charge for the Lilly and Lilac room should there be a minimum of $3000.00 of catering provided by the Ramada I.A.H East. Not including alcohol or alcoholic beverages.
• Attendees will be offered a 15% discount on rack rate, dependent upon availability.
• The hotel will offer complimentary wireless internet for your guest and attendees
• There is a $200.00 refundable deposit required for all events.
• A 25% deposit of the total cost, is require to secure event date and space.
• Full payment is due a minimum of seven days prior to conference room use.
• Cancellation will result in forfeit of deposit. Cancellation must be done no later three weeks prior to the scheduled event or the renter will be penalized for half of the total fee of the rental.

• Audio visual equipment is available at an additional cost.
