Overall my stay at Wyndham Las Colinas was satisfactory. Hotel room and bathroom were very clean. The air was not very cold in the room from the room air conditioner.

Appallingly bad wifi service that is unusable, even basic text web browsing is at slower than dial up speeds. Terrible breakfast service with many missing items, cold food, moldy yogurt....

Appallingly bad wifi service that is unusable, even basic text web browsing is at slower than dial up speeds. Terrible breakfast service with many missing items, cold food, moldy yogurt. No cell phone reception for Verizon anywhere in the hotel (can't even send text messages). Considering this hotel is in a prime business location with many technically proficient people staying there for the IT services in the next building over, it's shamefully inadequate.
Oh and they had no liquor licenses so there was no bar service either.
On the positive side, the front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful (even if they knew about the problems but could not solve them). Also the room was very quiet so at least you could sleep.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to get work done at any point of their stay. « less
