Our guests recieve free access to our fitness center, indoor whirlpool, outdoor heated pool, 24-hr business center, and expanded deluxe breakfast from 6-9am weekdays, and 7-10 am weekends. On Wed. we have a catered social hour in the evening and other days we put out snacks, and refreshments in our lobby.

I have stayed at this hotel many, many times over several years, but I don't plan to stay there again. Check-in was not efficient. The next morning there were no newspapers in the lobby and I was told that they were out (at 6:45 a.m.!) and I wouldn't get one because I was on the 4th floor and they ran out before they got to me. When I checked out, the person at the lobby desk wasn't talking to anyone, either in person or on the phone, but they didn't even acknowledge my presence with a nod. Plus, I was expecting a phone call in the evening while I was definitely in my room and the desk clerk told the person 3 times that I wasn't there - and never even rang my room even though my caller gave the person my room number. This was the worst service I have ever received at this hotel. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. « less

While in my room I could barely if at all hear my neighbors on either side of my room. I would definitely stay here again! Very rarely do I give 5 stars for anything; but this hotel gets 5!! « less

The pullout couch was torn and unusable. Some of the fixtures in bathroon were rusted.. I have stayed at other Wingate by Wyndham and this one just wasnt up to par.
