The lady at check in was very helpful and pleasant. This was probably the highlight of the stay at this Best Western. The room decor was very dated looking and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor to it. The worst part of the stay was that when anybody in the same hallway shut their door it basically shook the room. Noise from the hallway was vey loud in the room. The breakfast was so bad that we decided to skip it and eat at Bob Evans instead. They were out of bacon and sausage, with no one present to restock it. The eggs were perfectly circular patties that looked very unappetizing. Plus there was no fresh fruit. I travel frequently for work and often stay at Best Westerns. This was by far the worst Best Western that I have stayed at. « less

Upon arrival, we were amazed at the beautiful, very large room with a red heart shaped hot tub and fireplace. First thing I always do is sit on the bed and check for comfort. It was very comfy and I was really excited for our stay. Once we were unpacked and settled in we noticed a sign on the t.v. stand that was in the center of the room that said "do not spin t.v. or stand" Which meant if we sat in the chairs provided (which were very comfortable btw,) we would be facing the back of the television. So what we ended up doing is moving the chairs and small table next to the bed, blocking the fireplace, and viewing the t.v. from an odd angle. So basically, for 2 days, we were unable to utilize half of the room. Very disappointed!!! As a side note, the free breakfast wasn't fit to feed my dogs, absolutely disgusting!!!!! Sunday morning we opted to leave the hotel and pay for a decent breakfast rather than risk chipping a tooth on the egg hockey pucks!! YUCK!!!! Other choices for breakfast was Plain corn flakes, or plain oatmeal... hmmmm? Then there was yogurt that had been scooped out of a bulk container into clear plastic containers with hand written exp. dates. ( Mine was the day I grabbed it, didn't end up eating for fear of contamination during transfer from original source) « less

The hotel is located close to the Expo Center and the Outlets. The staff they had could NOT have been friendlier or more attentive! 'Heidi' (at the front desk) was wonderful to everyone and an asset to the hotel, as is 'John'. I had some difficulties that were my own fault and he immediately helped me and was very kind. The person in the breakfast area was the same both days and was very helpful to everyone and could not have been friendlier. My only complaint was that the bed wasn't the most comfortable I've had but it was far outweighed by the pleasant aspects of the hotel.... « less
