Was trying to book a block of 13 rooms for my son's baseball team and stumbled across hotels.com group booking. The process was easy and the communication was awesome. Within 72 hrs, we had a block of rooms at a full hotel for the price we wanted. Once they got us connected to our hotel, the hotel sales manager, Monisha Patel, took over from there. She was awesome to work with. Easy to talk to and understand and very helpful in getting us rooms exactly as we needed them. Once we got to the hotel, check-in was a breeze, it was clean and the beds were super comfy. The rooms and bathrooms were roomy and the breakfast was hot and fit the bill. Hotel was convenient to LOTS of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We were playing in Mooresville and this hotel was an easy drive to the fields. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND hotels.com group booking and Comfort Suites hotel to anyone, but especially to sports teams.

Very friendly staff and the lobby looks beautiful. The location was ideal for us. Lots of stores, restaurants, banks, etc. nearby. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Our room was nice, but the sofa was too low and not comfortable. The phone on the desk was not working and there was only one bedside lamp. Overall, I thought this was a very nice property and I would definitely stay here again.

My son's baseball team and their families stayed here this past weekend and the hotel was nice. They did seemed to be a little understaffed though. The staff worked really hard to accommodate, but did seem like they could use some more help. The rooms were nice and well kept. An outdoor pool would have been really nice as the indoor one is tiny and loud, but we knew that going in. We were less than five minutes from the ball park and there were plenty of restaurants close by.
