Holiday Inn is going strong here. This is my 2nd visit in 2 yrs and was 3 nights. Mid sized property feels like boutique due to smallish lobby, front entrance, and fitness ctr. Address on Abraham Lincoln means that space is tight and cost of real estate is not cheap. BED: very good and the updated H I decor. Only hitch was burnt bulb of bedside lamp which got fixed after my 2 nd call. WIFI - worked beautifully; TV had many channels of US and Intl kind, as well as local. Gym- feels cramped with too many machines but they were working well. Pool- needs more than 2 umbrellas as the shade is limited on top floor. Views are great, pool is mid sized/ small but enough to do few laps alone. Not large enough to do laps if others are in water. Ordered a sandwich but note that the chicken sandwich is not a fillet of breast meat as I thought (or I misread it?) but a patty of ground meat or such/ not much chicken flavor here. Not spectacular but tasty enough for lunch. Location: central and excellent. Large and new AGORA MALL is 10 min walk; next door is Colmado for a soda or beer; down from that is a shopping center with Pizzarelli and another coffee shop. Brkfast at H I: quite good and fairly priced. « less

Is all we need: good space rooms, very cleans, great sleep quality, close to everything and everywhere (specially on a city full of transit, being in the middle of all is mandatory for me!), great service! the breakfast is delicious!
I recomend it to all of my family and friends, and all of them who has come, agree with me! « less
