Overall excellent stay, apart from America's least helpful check in lady. She would not change our room to a room with a bathtub, despite having a virtually empty hotel. However, about two hours later her colleague was more accommodating, and even gave us a complimentary upgrade. Unfortunately this meant repacking & unpacking again, but a small price to pay. « less
