We were in Jonesboro for a state baseball tournament at a very busy time. They were also hosting ASU's graduation and a high school graduation. We were so lucky to find a room ANYWHERE, especially this hotel. It was really nice and new. We liked the staff... friendly and helpful. It was refreshing to be greeted by every single employee we met. Thank you, Hilton, for hiring these people! « less

My wife & in-laws stayed here last weekend for one night. The hotel appeared to be newly built. Modern lobby & rooms. Rooms were nice, as expected with a Hilton. We arrived around 10pm at night to check in, and we noticed a night club right next door to the hotel. We got out of our car only to hear loud music. Definitely not in the brochure! Ha! My wife & I didn't have any problems, as our room was on the left side (looking at the hotel from the entrance), and we didn't hear any noise. My in-laws were in the room across the hall from us, on the side near the night club, and they could see the bright neon lights & hear the loud thumping in their room. So, that's to say - if the noise will bother you, be sure to ask for a room on the other side of the hotel! Beds are hard as a rock, literally. The dial on the side of the bed that is supposed to adjust the firmness didn't work - at all. I may have overlooked it somewhere, but I didn't see it mentioned that the breakfast was not complementary. Upon check-in, we discovered it was $8.95 for each person. They did have made-to-order omelettes, though. Nice breakfast bar, and excellent server that made sure we had everything we needed. All-in-all, a pleasant stay « less

This stay was my second time stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Jonesboro. Convenient location, restaurants close by, comfortable beds, clean rooms, mini frig, microwave, coffee pot in room, quiet, comfortable beds and housekeeping very friendly. Stayed 2 nights. Only downside is there is No free continental breakfast. there is breakfast offered in the grill area for $8.95 but basically a continental style. Mini pantry/ store in lobby. Happy Hour for guest in dry county although did not take advantage of. Grill is opened 5-9 with children's menu and room service. Jacob took room service order and delivered very friendly. All staff and Front desk staff are exceptionally friendly- one stood out Tracey Pticher quite proficient and extremely friendly, went above her duties to be helpful. Indoor pool and hot tub opened until 10pm very clean. Good workout gym and business center. free wifi. Comfortable sitting areas in lobby and outside. Would highly recommend
First visit in May 2011 had three rooms for 2 nights, staff was able to have all rooms on same floor close together which made very convenient. Same great experience both times. Why I chose to stay here again and will do so for future visits. « less

We were in Jonesboro for a workshop that was located on the same street and the price was perfect, but the beds were awesome! The only complaint would be our bathroom fan didn't seem to work so it had a damp smell. « less
