Once again I had a spectacular stay at this Ramada. I have been staying here once or twice a year for several years now. This is my go-to hotel in Toronto - superb central location, upscale accommodations and very reasonable price in this increasingly high priced city. The staff is most accommodating and friendly. The rooms are impeccably clean and quite luxurious. This time I needed to use the business center. It provides computer, copier and printer free. You could pay a lot more in this area and get a lot less. On this stay I was bumped up to a suite - incredible. I can't wait to return to Toronto and I'll be staying here! « less

Booked hotel through Toronto Tourism. Pictures made me feel room would be somewhat nicer than it actually was. It was clean and bed was comfortable, but I was disappointed that we were in the old section of the hotel. Overall, it was satisfactory, but I had expected more. I believe that when I booked our stay, I had even chosen to upgrade to one of the larger rooms. We were pleased with the location, though, and got around the city quite well. We'd go back, but would look to stay in the newer building. « less

The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside has been renovated. We enjoyed our stay and we were pleasantly surprised to get a 2 bedroom suite instead of a double. Overall I would recommend the hotel. The beds are very comfortable « less

The service for this hotel was good.The room was comfortable for my brother and I . For us the location was perfect and everything was in walking distants. There were lots of shops and a big grocery store close by. You do need some more free weights in you gym, there was only one there. The rental car parking fee is 20.00 a day, dislike that very much. « less
