Property Description
The new Hotel Spice & Sky Atlanta Perimeter - Dunwoody is now open for business. This new hotel
offers full-service benefits and advantages second to none. The physical layout and cosmetic detail
provide an ambiance that exudes pleasantness and tranquility. This 143-room hotel is neatly positioned
off I 285, but also accessible to all points of interest. We offer exposure to our unique amenities like an
indoor-outdoor rooftop lounge and restaurant, indoor pool, and diverse meeting room space amongst
others (and we are a GREEN facility!). Another added benefit is while we are easily accessible, we are
strategically positioned where we don't draw unnecessary passersby or traffic. Please allow me to
introduce you to our hidden Oasis. The new Hotel Spice & Sky Atlanta Perimeter - Dunwoody has
been staffed by an individual owner who has unveiled his preferred experience of hospitality.
While the brick and mortar of our hotel is very nice, it's our team of employees that make the
difference. Our staff have dedicated themselves to this hotel and each other to ensure the WOW factor.
That dedication means that we take pride in being the initiators of a service level that ensures a
memorable experience for each guest. As a team, we are fully vested in providing the best hospitality
