I stayed at the Executive Tower last week for three nights for work. The hotel itself is nice, very comparable to most Hilton properties. Even with the discount offered my employer I felt the room charge was a little high. Especially if you include the $27 a night to park my car in the garage. If you don't mind walking a block I did notice a garage around the corner that only charged $10 a night. Three night stay at just under $600 with parking is just a little too high for this place. « less

I recently stayed at the Hilton while attending a conference on property. Being a Hilton Gold member, I was pleasantly surprised to have received an upgrade to the Executive Tower. The rooms area quite nice and comfortable. The on-property restaurant had a decent breakfast and selection of food for dinner. I would definitely consider returning back to the property in the future should the opportunity arise. « less

I stayed in the executive tower and was disappointed with this property. Location is great and staff was friendly. But hotel and furnishings were quite worn. I also had very limited hot water. I had an early morning flight but found myself in a time crunch after letting the water run for 15 minutes waiting for hot water (my fault for cutting it close, but I was expecting a 5 minute shower). I informed the front desk, and the response was, "well you have to let the water run for a few minutes to get it hot." This was not the response I was looking for after waiting so long to no avail. I also encountered further delay when the valet brought down the wrong car, which ate up the rest of my cushion of time for making my flight. Maybe I'm describing an unfortunate chain of events during my departure...but I still give a low rating for the limited hot water throughout my stay. « less

The Manager Brian Fogg was really was very helpful. I had a late flight on Saturday and he worked with me to make sure that I was able to have a late check-out. This really meant a lot to me because I knew that my plane was not scheduled to leave until 10:20 p.m. Also, the service and the entire staff at the Executive Tower were very helpful and kind. This is the place to stay. We were given two free bottles of water each day! The entire staff was very helpful! EXCELLENT! « less

Testimonials: Why use Hotel Planner?
"Thanks so much for your help. Your website was a lifesaver as I had called that hotel the day before I logged on and was offered a block for almost twice the price!" R.D. - Oak Brook, IL
"By the way, I was very pleased with your site's service! It turned out that our group got a better room price reservation at a comparable hotel to the one we were considering. Since our small jazz band doesn't really have any budget to speak of, price was an important consideration and thanks to your service we were able to save money without sacrificing on the quality and amenities of the hotel. Thanks again! We'll be using you again, I'm sure, for future trips." D.R. - Auburn, WA
