This was not a horrible hotel but not up to par with other best western Plus hotels I have stayed in. The mattress was horrible and obviously very old. Our non smoking room smelled since it was across the hall from smoking rooms. The hot water was very inconsistent and hardly hot at all. But it did have a small LED tv.... Maybe more important improvements like mattresses, or plumbing upgrades should be in the budget soon?? « less

we were there for 2 nights and the staff was great. they went out of their way to accommodate us. cookies and popcorn free- how cool. of all the hotels in that area i chose this one and am glad i did. prices were a little more than what i wanted to pay but after the service we got i didnt mind. they say you get what you pay for and we feel we got hilton treatment with not the high price. it was great. they are pet friendly and wish i had known, i would have taken my dog. they had a fido.com sign on the door. i was shocked someone still had smoking rooms but that is good for the guest who do want to smoke in their room. nice to have a heated in door pool for the kids and a hot tub for us! large breakfast to, i was pleased i didnt have to spend extra money for that. « less

I had Not stayed at a best Western in a few years, It was pleasantly surprised to find how modern and updated this one was. Free Wi-Fi and extended hot breakfast buffet and a large room with a refrigerator and Microwave . The shining highlight of this hotel though is it staff, and I am Giving extra special props to Amanda and Kristen. With their warm and welcoming personalities it made it a pleasure to stay there. What I hope management Recognize is that's the key factor in attracting repeat business. As a sales rep who travels for a living that is what brings me back. I highly recommend staying there and thank you to Amanda and Kristen! « less

My daughter, Molly, and I were heading to KY Horse Park from Cincinnati Children's Hospital for a shot in the room and no reservations. It seemed everything was booked but the desk clerk (I think her name was Amanda--short, cute, blonde, friendly) went out of her way to find us a room and allowed us the Business Suite. And I mean went out of her way. Circumstantialy, we needed this stay and enjoyed our room and all the facilities. The place was clean, friendly and comfortable. Sure, part of the 3rd floor smelled of cigarette room which we are very sensitive to, but we weren't going to let that get in our way. Amanda (?) even ordered us a pizza from the front desk which was discounted to hotel guests. She made our day and a young lady very happy. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. By the way, Amanda didn't know our circumstances. She just went above and beyond the call of duty anyway. « less
