Staff was very friendly, room was ok however, all the things seemed newer in the room. Shower was good, bed comfortable, pillows were ok. The breakfast was very good and the pool area was very nice. Did not originally know all the rooms were accessed from the outside. Careful with the key cards as we had to have both of ours reactivated after an evening out. Apparently they cannot be around any other credit cards or cell phones. They could use more help in the evening. We had to wait about fifteen minutes for our cards to be reactivated as there was only one person at the desk and two people in line in front of us and the phone was constantly ringing. However, he managed it with grace and was very pleasant.

Property Description

255 Guest Rooms all with Flat screen TV's, microwaves and refrigerators. All rooms are exterior corridor. Complimentary Full American breakfast buffet, Complimentary Shuttle Service within a 5 mile radius, 2 Outdoor Heated Pools, Fitness Center, 24 Hour Business Center,Complimentary Wireless Internet. Located within minutes to shopping, restaurants, Busch Gardens/Adventure Island, MOSI, USF, Lowry Park Zoo, Raymond James Stadium, St. Pete Times Forum and the Port of Tampa.
