Stayed in King suite, very average and needs uplifting and a make over. The restaurant is more like a bistro, but food was delicious, drinks were nicely made. All in all, if you are looking for an average budget hotel in between flights you will be fine. « less

We stayed here for a Park and Fly Stopover package before our flight the next day. We upgraded to the Executive Suite at check in for a little more money. This put us on the quieter, card access higher floors, with a newer room. The hotel is located on the flight path for the planes, but noise was really not an issue nor would I think any worse than other hotels near the airport. If you like watching planes, there is no shortage here. Our upgraded room was clean and comfortable and felt it was great value for the money. It had everything we would look for in a room including a wet bar, microwave oven, coffee maker, desk, sitting area and even 2 LCD TV’s. With no snow, we had no issues with the parking for the 12 days and the 24 hour shuttle runs on a half hour schedule to and from the airport. The shuttle also stops at other hotels. On our return trip, we got stuck waiting in the bus for 10 minutes at another hotel before we finally got dropped off to our hotel. There is a restaurant on site and there is plenty more like Kelsey’s, Milestones, Swiss Chalet and Tim Hortons all within sight and easy walking distance of the hotel. This location was ideal being close to the airport and just off the 401. We would have no problem staying here again with the room upgrade. « less

Stayed at the Radisson for two nights while attending a conference at the Congress Centre adjacent to the hotel. Check-in was very efficient, room clean and a very comfortable with a separate bedroom. Front desk clerk arrange for a "fixed rate" limo to tke me and my gusets to Rogers Centre for the Jays game. All in all a good experience for a hotel that caters to a lot of one night stays since it is close to the Toronto Pearson Airport. Free shuttle operates from the airport and the hotel on a half hour basis. Hotel has a restaurant which is good, but not gteat, however the staff waer very courteous and went out of their way to accommodate special diet requirements. « less

Front desk staff friendly and accomodating. Close (walking distance) to Tim Hortons and Milestones, as well as Swiss Chalet and others. Parking seemed tight, but I didn't have any issues with finding a parking space. « less
