The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the meals were good and tasty. It was very easy to get downstairs to our competitions. This was one of my favorite places for the competition. « less

Close to downtown and other attractions. Price was very reasonable. Oh, and it was the first time staying at a hotel, I didn't have to ask for additional towels. Would stay here again. Can not comment on extras. Didn't use pool, bar, breakfast, fitness, internet (have to be a Hilton Member or pay). I could tell there were plenty of people having fun in the bar area (they have a Martini bar). « less

The service at the hotel is very good. Although I didn't eat here, the bar downstairs has good service. The shuttle service to the hotel from the airport is very convenient. I will certainly book tis hotel again on my next trip to Charlotte. « less

I stayed for several days last week, while the Wells Fargo golf tournament was happening. It is an okay location for Charlotte, but the rooms are below average for a Hilton, mine was a tad dirty. Not a lot of outlets if you are a technology hound, and a consistently running a/c unit. Free parking, which is always a bonus. Bar on site is fairly small. Workout facility is okay and they do have a very nice brick courtyard outside. « less
