The Hilton is located off of I-77 and Tyvola. Through recent renovations the lobby has a beautiful up to date presence. The front desk was friendly and assisted me in an immediate manner. The lobby was spacious and as you walked through it opened up into the restaurant area. The restautant can be reserved for private functions based upon groups needs. Outside is the pool area which is very nicely appointed with nice outdoor patio furniture and gardens. It does back up to the interstate and the noise was somewhat obvious but is still a great space for functions. The guest rooms are large and nicely renovated in a traditional/contemporary fashion. Each room had nice fresh linens, flat screen television and refrigerator. I really liked the beauty of this full service hotel. They offer function space that can accommodate up to 300 people. They are also conveniently located off of I-77 and Tyvola. Restaurants are within driving distance, and SouthPark Mall is only about 10 minutes away. This is a beautiful full service hotel with plenty of options near Uptown Charlotte.

Late pick up at airport. Changed site of hospitality room from same floor without telling us before arrival. The staff tried to make the room we were given as pleasing to us as possible. Very helpful and friendly banquet staff. Food in restaurant was very good. As well as restaurant staff. Shuttle service back to airport was very good and on time.

For guests who require the highest level of accommodations, the Hilton hotel offers the Executive Suites. Guests will want to take advantage of all our amenities from the Davinci's Restaurant and Martini's Lounge which features 50 distinctive Martini's. This NC Hilton hotel also offers a complete fitness center and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. The Hotel is only a short drive from local points of interest such as Time Warner Cable Arena (home of the Bobcats), Carowinds Theme Park (7 miles), the Convention Center, Bank of America Stadium (home to the Carolina Panthers) and South Park Mall (4 miles). South Park Mall is a very upscale Mall in Charlotte, NC with exquisite shopping. Complimentary shuttle to the Lynx Light Rail, 1/2 mile from hotel which takes you to Charlotte Center City.
