We arrived in the evening, luckily receiving an upgraded room. However, when I walked into the room, I was horrified to find it uncleaned. Bed was unmade, dirty laundry, etc. in the bathroom. YUK! They eventually prepared the room while I was out for dinner. Never could get the wireless to work over a 4 day stay...even though I was charged over $20 extra..."resort charge" to cover the wireless and fitness, etc. I would not choose to stay here again....ever. « less

stayed here a couple of times and it was good to be back, got booked before the resort fees were implemented so some saving there. had to pay $15 for early checkin - only about an hour ! room on the 50th floor - I don't think there really is that may floors but that's what the lift said. room was good clean bed was very comfortable and room was quiet and not tiered like the lower floor rooms I've been in, ate at Planet Dailies and Gordon Ramsey's Bergr- all good, show your rewards card for a few bucks off. great fun casino and sports bar for some quiet time -would stay there again « less

I am glad I decided to stay at Planet Hollywood even with all of the bad reviews that I have read. My friend and I stayed there for five nights and was given a great upgraded room (Titanic theme) overlooking the Eiffel Tower and Bellagio Fountains. The room was clean, spacious and allowed us to bring in a scooter and still had enough room to move around in. I enjoyed having two separate sink and counter tops and had no problem with the shower. The beds were comfortable. Yes, the room is dated and a little dark but was not in there long enough to mind. I enjoyed being able to get into the Miracle Mile Shops without having to leave the casino/hotel. All of the staff that I interacted with were friendly and could not be more helpful especially the bell desk. « less

Down in Vegas for 4 nights. We showed up 1 hour early for check in and so we had to pay $15 extra to check in. Great way to start as our room was ready to go. The room itself was tired with pictures of the Mighty Ducks hanging on the walls so you get the idea of the vintage. The taps were leaking, everyting was marked up and the room was overall in need of a total update. Hallway carpet was lifting and you could smell the days where people must have been smoking in the hallways.
We had a view of the Bellagio Fountains which was nice and were on the 31st floor but were still bothered by the noise from the strip later in the night. Can only assume the windows were not well sealed or perhaps older as well.
Finally went down to the pool. Overall, a very big area with two pools. My only knock here would be the water was literally freezing. You could not get into the water it was so cold. Sure it is hot outside but come on, turn the heat on so at least you can get into the water comfortably.
Location is good and the Miracle Mile Shops are nice. « less
