Having over-nighted here several times when traveling out of the country(we live in Sedona) we found this place much to our liking. It is close to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and shuttle service is provided. We have always found the staff friendly and courteous, and enjoyed the "Happy Hour" in P.J's cafe. The price was right and so was the room. We stayed in several over the past three or four years and never wanted for anything or found it lacking in any way. I would most assuredly recommend this hotel to family and friends. « less

I do a lot of traveling and am paralyzed from the waist down. Going to new hotels can be a real crap shoot as you never know what you are going to get when a place posts "wheelchair accessible". When I registered I was met by people who were extremely kind and were doing all they could to make sure my registration was as easy as possible and then held the door for me as I left to go to my room.
When I got to my room it was extremely spacious and very easy for me to get around in and also clean and looked as though it had recently been painted and upgraded. I had my own kitchen and fridge that was cold and had complimentary bottled water in. The bed was literally brand new and high end and had a massive pillow top and fit me perfectly, the pillows were super fluffy and comfortable and seemed to brand new as well.
This coupled with the location I could not be more happier about and I can say every time I am back in Phoenix I will be staying in this exact same room!

This location has everything you need for either an overnight stay or a longer vacation. I've stayed in a mini-suite and also a queen-double room. Both have been a very pleasant, clean and comfortable stay. The price is amazing! And you get a delicious morning breakfast, which you can eat outdoors near the pool. Pool is clean and fun and there's a hot tub too. They have a nice great room with computer and comfortable chairs to relax. Parking is convenient and ample.The complimentary shuttle to the airport is tops! And you can rest asure that you can leave your car there while you're away on your trip. The location is excellent--fun to have a mall and lots of restaurants right across the street. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They made me feel like I was a valued customer and that I was welcome now and whenever I come back. I really love this hotel. I plan to come back just for an overnight to relax, shop and eat. Thank you for this desert gem. Don't change what you're doing right!!! « less

This is a great find for us and we plan to stay here again. There is a big sign that says Under New Management. My experience with the staff was wonderful as they were friendly, helpful and quick to get me registered. I was happy to see that they have a FREE hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy (not overly salty like so many others, maybe made from scratch?), fresh fruit, bagels, toast, cereal, juice, milk and make your own hot Belgian waffles.... And to top that off they have Starbucks coffee.
When I first got to my room I was really impressed with how clean and bright it was. I was surprised to see that they have a big flat screen on the wall and the furniture was in great shape. I slept so soundly on the bed. Not too hard or soft, just perfect.....
I would have loved to stay here longer and enjoy the tennis court, pool and hot tub. I will refer all friends and family here when they come into town. This hotel is very affordable, especially for a Jr or Exec suite where you have a full fridge, stove, microwave and even a dishwasher! « less

Stayed at this budget priced hotel while on golfing trip in February. Central location, near freeways, Arizona Mills mall, plenty of restaurants, even a strip club. Found room to be dark and dingy, not cleaned properly. But housekeeping manager Carlos responded well when we complained and cleaning was much better. Nice hd TV's in executive suite and free hot breakfast was good although seating was sparse. Very noisy in rooms, made worse by exterior corridors and some late-night, long-term guests. But you can't beat the price and management tries hard when gripes are brought up. My companion would not come back but I'd stay again. « less
