Property Description

Completely renovated as of August 2007! The Dayton Grand Hotel is a 12 story full service, grand hotel in the heart of downtown Dayton…..easily accessible from Interstates 75 & 70.The 184 guest rooms and suites are always up to Dayton Grand Hotel standards with coffee service, iron and full-sized board, hair dryer, personal alarm clock, multi port telephones, complimentary high speed internet access (wireless & hard wired), large work desk and ergonomic swivel chair, electronic door locks, on demand movies and 76 cable channels. Our active guests take advantage of our rooftop, glass enclosed, heated pool and our on-sight gym; then relax in the hot-tub and dry sauna. The running and bike path along the Great Miami River at RiverScape Downtown Park is just blocks from the hotel. We offer a complimentary Continental Breakfast. American Continental Cuisine dinner menu selections and libations are available in our cozy Cricket’s Bistro. 5,510 Square feet of meeting and banquet space will accommodate from 12 to 240 people.
