We enjoy the ambiance of the hotel with its indoor pool, New Mexico themes in colors and style, indoor shops and restaurant. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. When we arrive late at night when we are traveling, we are pleased to know that there is security for our comfort and protection. We plan our trips so as to stay at Ramada Palms, New Mexico, as we move across country. We are return customers.

At Ramada Palms we have the highest cleanliness standards as a day-to-day practice. During this health crisis of Covid-19 we are practicing with additional caution. Housekeeping is sanitizing every door handle, light switch, telephones, remote controls, thermostat and more. Although, these steps have always been our practice, we are taking additional time to each room checked over and re-sanitized for extra precaution. All of our staff are wearing masks for your protection. Front Desk has also added extra measures but sanitizing key cards, payment keypad, and all surfaces between each guest. We are also offering your own Ramada Pen for signature of registration cards so that there is less risk of cross contamination. The pen is yours as a souvenier from your stay!
