Just stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks and had a very good time. Nice clean room with excellent view and no traffic noise. Sleep number bed was very nice. Friendly staff members. I loved being able to buy Starbucks in the lobby every day. Also the gift shop was very good as it also sells cereal, drinks and snacks. Enough restaurants in the area for a good meal and Ripley's believie it or not is just across the street. Shuttle service to the parks worked fine. Will choose this hotel for my next trip. « less

My girlfriend and I had an EXCELLENT two night stay here. I was a little concerned after reading some of the previous reviews. Yes, the air conditioner worked. And yes, the Serta mattresses did as well. We saw no bugs or sings of bugs anywhere. I slept like a rock and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were well treated and the staff were all very friendly and hospitable. The pool and hot-tub were well kept and the grounds were spotless. This place is worthy of its star rating. There is a bus that takes you to most of the destinations. There does exist a resort fee of $10 a night; perhaps this is what is making people unhappy.
If there were any negatives, it was this: The place was difficult to find, hidden amongst a host of other hotels on I-drive. However, being "tucked in" had its privileges. We heard no traffic at night. The shower head, for whatever reason emitted a loud squeal when the water was set too hot. A minor annoyance for an otherwise fantastic stay! Keep up the good work! « less

I read about the resort fee comments so at the beginning I was trying to find another hotel since i do t like to be surprised. Made the reservation through the radisson website and when I got the quote it was indicated that there was an additional fee so not surprises there. The invoice indicated that the service fees covers parking and ymca. I did park my car but I don't think it was a radisson exclusive parking place. Rooms have a safe, frigobar and microwave. The only annoyance was that keys were demagnetized very easily so ask for an extra one or you'll have to go back to the reception every day. « less

My husband and I went on vacation to Florida for both our anniversary and his birthday. We got a deal on this hotel and I thought that was why it didn't really marvel us. But the other hotels we had on our trip seemed to disprove that. When we arrived it the outside of the building was beautiful & large. We arrived early and called quite awhile in advance to see if our room could be ready by then. It wasn't. No one in the lobby was able to get a room. The hotel had TWO buildings and not one room available. Thats fine. We van wait. But the problem was the teenager behind the reception desk saw us coming looked around said uhhh one moment couldn't find a way to escape rolled his eyes and said "yeah can I help you?" We told about calling earlier and he cut us off and said "sorry no rooms available"and went on with fiddling with his fingers. So went and found a seat in the lobby, but thankfully my husband noticed a different receptionist (TANYA*) and told the same thing and she got in our room within five minutes. :) it was a regular sized room with two queen sized beds in building two on floor three. Now to make this alittle shorter here are the pros and cons of our overnight here.
The cons: -the employees besides tanya seemed asleep/bored and not one of them could smile. -the pool seating was very limited. -on site restaurant was underconstruction -buttons on the phone didn't work to call down to the desk -only two luggage carriers in the entire hotel -the showerhead SCREECHED!! (MADE OUR SON CRY)
PROS: -when you got service it was fast -With the limited pool area they had access to ymca right next door -Temper pedic mattress (but it also wasn't our thing)
