Because this was the official hotel of the Miss TN contestants and it is a "boutique" hotel, I thought I would give it a try. We were given a room on the first floor. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like it had water damage that was just wiped away, not re- painted or anything, It appeared to have mold. The tile in the bathroom had mildew. The mattress cover was torn. The TVs need to be updated. The room was spacious, but dreary. We stayed one night and had the breakfast.. It was ok, since,we like light cereal/yogurt type breakfasts, but the orange juice was made from a powder, sort of like Tang! Not a good hotel....could be with a bit of money put into it. « less

Don't trust the pictures on their website. They are NOT what the hotel looks like. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but they sure do need to update this...

We stayed here for state tournaments it was awful the continental breakfast was cereal, toast, and packaged oats. There was only 1 maid for the whole hotel which has 3 floors, the swimming pool was tiny and it said it was 5 foot I'm 4"11 and I could stand up in the 5 foot. The rooms were never cleaned, the only plus this hotel had was the beds and pillows were very comfy. The bath tub was Awful looking. The staff was very friendly. « less
