We loved this hotel. We would echo all the good things said about it. We particularly liked the peaceful room, sleeping well in the really comfortable bed, the excellent service from staff and the delicious breakfast - so much choice! It is very well located. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would like to see, given the high prices, would be a tea/coffee tray in the room. However this doesn't seem to be common practice in France - yet! « less

The hotel is still family owned which is very seldom in Paris these times. The service is very efficient but not too formal. Free internet in public areas but paid internet on the room. Could be free as well when looking at average room rates close to 300 Euro a night. Rooms are ok but a little old-fashioned. But if you like that ambiance you are at the right place ! Nice breakfast but not worth the money. Go down town the street 200m and chose one of the nice little cafés you get the same for a third. « less

Located a few steps of Arch of Triumph, Napoleon offers excellent rooms, spacious, clean and at a very good price. Staff is very friendly and attentive. We had a Junior Suite for 3 and it was wonderful and spacious with separate bath room and toilette. You are close to shopping and good restaurants. You can take the tour bus almost at the hotel entrance. Recommended « less
