I booked this property because it was close to our daughter's reception venue. They offered a free shuttle to the venue and the price was decent; that is all I can say that was positive about this property. I had 13 rooms booked and almost each room had an issue. The list is very long from the unthinkable: two of my guests checked into their unmade dirty rooms, towels, sheets pillows all over, no heat and it was five degrees outside. The wedding was January 4th, 2014! Phones torn out of the walls: a major safety violation, keys that would not work even after walking back down to the front desk for a new one, ice machine broken, pool green and out of order. Bride and Groom room, I asked for something "special": dirty and no hot water and nothing special! I called the hotel direct to request adjoining rooms, was told by the front desk agent that "they do not offer adjoining rooms we are an all suite hotel". Well, that is about as far from the truth as possible! Imagine my face when I enter my guests room and what do I see? An adjoining room! Again, embarrased! The list does go on, but I believe you get the picture. I have writen and called the hotel, spoke with the Manager Todd and his Group Manager, Lisa, neither have called me back. I thought that Wyndham was a good chain. Well, I guess I was wrong! Don't book at this property. Not worth it!
