We had a room near the center courtyard and once Karaoke started we could not even hear the TV in our room. THankfully it ended at 10pm but unless you are going to take part it is quite obnoxious to listen to bad singing in your own room. The large patio door curtains are very lightweight so no sleeping in here... and only lukewarm water in the morning shower. « less

The rooms had lots of space with even a kitchen. The roti at the restaurant was fantastic. The centre of the hotel seems a little old and the pool was small. But the location was fantastic, literally just a walking distance to Rodney bay which had great bars and restaurants. The hotel is not close to the beach however, there is a free shuttle which goes to bay gardens resort (sister hotel) quite frequently. For the price it was a great stay. « less

Nice, clean, and updated hotel with friendly staff. I liked the fact that there was FREE wifi available for all guests; although some the connection does get choppy in certain areas. The hotel pool was descent--if not small. As well, I liked the fact that there was a shuttle available for guests to avail the beach at the Bay Gardens Beach Resort and Spa. The taxi service was great as well and there were friendly taxi drivers. The hotel was near the Rodney Bay shopping centre which was great because one could walk to great restaurants near the area. The only downside is that it's right on a busy road and one does hear cars going by on many occasions. Overall, I had a great stay at Bay Gardens Hotel. « less

I stayed at the Bay Gardens Hotel. It was always well cleaned. It's very kid friendly, was a bit worried having my 5 yr old daughter on the trip as well. No worries .... Everything is very accessible food outlets, pharmacy, bay walk mall, Rodney mall so much more. Shuttle service to & from the Reduit Beach ( Bay Gardens Resort) is very reliable. Had breakfast at the hotel and it was buffet style and very tasty. Even took a bus right outside the hotel and went Casteries Market for great deals on souvenirs. This was my 1st time in St Lucia but definitely won't be my last. Looking forward to returning to Bay gardens .......y'all r great ! « less

Airport & Shuttle Information - Bay Gardens Hotel
There are 2 airports, George F. L. Charles airport (SLU)in castries is 20 mins away from the hotel and Hewanora International airport(UVF) in Vieux Fort is 1 hour and 30 mins away from hotel.
Airport Shuttle? Yes! There is an airport shuttle.
Local Shuttle Info: There is a local bus servcie which goes to Castries and cost $2.25 EC (Eastern Caribbean dollars). It runs from 5:30 am - 11:30 pm and takes about half an hour to get to castries depending on the number of stops made on the way.
In addition we have our own shuttle services which runs between our 3 properties, and takes our guest to the beach. This is a free service and runs every hour on the half hour beginning at 9:30am to 10:30 pm.
