We did a Park & Cruise with a night at the Sleep Inn. We had a great one night's stay, free breakfast and was able to leave our car while on a 7-night cruise. We were shuttled to the cruise port and then picked up when we returned and brought back to our car - awesome service! The shuttle driver was great and very helpful. The free breakfast was very good - Charlene was wonderful - so friendly and helpful! Everyone made our stay so pleasant! « less

THE BAD... We did not have a positive experience. The room was dirty (stains on the comforter, with the appearance of blood), toilet and shower were not clean. We were moved to another room in which the comforters were stained. One of the queen sized beds were on a full sized box spring.My daughter broke out shortly after laying in the bed. Needless to say, we checked out the same night. I would not chose to stay here again. THE GOOD...In the morning we did get a full refund. The housekeeping manager was very apologetic and concerned about our negative experience. Also the shuttle driver was awesome!!!
FYI: There is a Checker's acroos the street if you want to grab a burger late night. « less

The rooms were clean. the staff could not have been more helpfull. no problem with the shuttle to and from the hotel to the ship. one couple flew in and had no problem with the air port shuttle.good breakfast. what elese could you ask for . don't understand some of the reviews dirty? creepy? smelly? I think some one had a bad day!! I would not hesitate to stay again p.s. great price. « less
