First of all, the Hilton is located on the perfect spot. Great for business as well as a city trip. With a car park right under the Hilton - and its supreme location right on one of the main squares, this is the ultimate place when visiting Antwerp. The rooms are nice - yet small. The executive lounge is rather nice and enjoyable. Don't know any better locations in Antwerp. « less

Good choice of whiskies in the bar and a great location. Staff are friendly and speak multiple languages fluently. The car park is public and one of the most expensive in Antwerp... Plenty others close and much cheaper. « less

Although I would not consider this to be a true Hilton, it is a nice hotel and the location is great. Nice terrace which is really enjoyable with good weather and you cannot get more central in Amtwerp. The rooms are fine, especially on the HH floor, staff is friendly.. so all in all a good experience. I use this hotel mainly as a business traveller, so natrually I always seek to keep as many of my expenses on one bill which I am keen to pay with the corporate Amex. Was therefore a bit inconvenient to find that parking in the garage cannot be charged to the room... what's more the machine in the parking garage does not take Amex... As a Hilton I feel service should be top of the list, and offering your guests ease of use (of in this case parking facilities) should be taken care of... No reason not to go back, but would be good if this could be solved.. « less

When visiting Antwerp, we mostly stay at the Antwerp Hilton. The location is still great, of course. But we have to be honest, the place getting outdated. A telephone set in the bathroom, but no free wifi in the rooms. Old fashioned interior design. No real experience. Today's people want internet access, every moment, every place, of course! Especially when paying Hilton prices. And we want an experience. What is the experience here? Being ignored by the waiters at breakfast? Getting a invoice you can't understand, and the reception can't explain? Hilton management, here is work to do! We come here since about 8 years, and nothing has changed since then. That's no good these times. We hope to come here much longer, but things have to change here - 21st century has arrived! Please wake up, before we have to move to your competitors. « less
