Location. The Hotel Linna is a striking, four storey property with a fortress like façade, located one kilometre from Helsinki's City Museum and Market Square. Helsinki Airport is 12 kilometres away, with an approximate driving time of 30 minutes.
Hotel Features. Built at the turn of the century, the Hotel Linna occupies a granite fortress with towers and turrets, and is a fine example of Finnish Jugend architecture. The modern interior is characterised by boldly patterned vaulted arches and offset with Art Nouveau detailing. The hotel offers a sauna, located on the top floor of the hotel, and the library features leather armchairs. Complimentary high speed Internet access is available in public areas, and other amenities include room service (limited hours), dry cleaning services and a multilingual concierge on hand to provide sightseeing advice. Those arriving by car will find garage parking available onsite (surcharge).
The hotel's rustic restaurant influenced by the brasseries and bistros of rural France, and offers traditional Provencal dishes.

Driving Directions - Hotel Linna
|
Getting there. Taxi ranks and bus stops are located in front of both terminals. Timetable information is available in all Arrivals halls. Public buses to Helsinki city centre depart every 10 30 minutes and the Finnair bus runs every 15 20 minutes.
Driving directions. From the airport, take road 45 to Helsinki and follow signs to Keskusta. From Mannerheimintie, the main street, turn right into Lönnrotinkatu, opposite the Stockmann department store. The hotel is located on this street.
