The pictures that are posted on their website are nothing to what it actually looks like, either day or night. Every time I went to the front desk during the day the young girl was always sitting in the lobby area on her computer and not behind the desk. I would have rather pay double the amount to stay somewhere else that I felt welcome. « less

Room was OK pillows were awful swapped with front desk and got more awful bed kinda sucked but pillows were the worst I have ever slept with. Two out of 4 lamps didn't work. Breakfast was a joke turned off waffle irons and didn't tell anyone or take away supplies so people stood around and waiting for waffles that were not even cooking. Had to fix shower head myself was barely screwed on. Indoor pool was to cold to swim in. « less

The moment I opened the door the odor of cigarette smoke took my breath away. The furniture was nasty and torn. There appeared to be blood and snot smeared on the walls of the room. The only good thing was the breakfast provided! So if you don't mind nastiness then this is your place! « less

Only two (minor) problems with my stay. The only ice available was on the first floor in a sometime locked room (I was on the third floor!). Also the refrigerator was unusually noisey. As an aside I had one of your workers walk into my room while I was there and he didn't knock first! Room was clean and relatively free from outside noise. Thank you « less
