My husband and I stay at this hotel to visit with our children and grandaughter who live in the area. We stayed at another hotel the first time, because my husband received bad service at two Hampton's in the past. I enjoy Hampton's generally, so I talked him into trying the Hampton in Lewisville the second time we visited. We have stayed at this Hampton twice so far. It is very clean and beautifully furnished. The Hampton breakfast is typical of all other Hampton's, but with a good rate AND a free breakfast it's a good value. The pool is nice, although the body of it is a little small. Small children would like the water fountain. This hotel is located in a good area, it felt safe, and there is a mall and restaraunts right around the corner. The first time we stayed, the desk clerk was very friendly, the second time, the desk clerk wasn't very friendly but wasn't really rude either. He was just matter of fact and dry. If you have children, or want to visit with your family like we do, the studio suite is worth the price. It's a lot larger to spread out in and the bar in the middle gives a little separation, making it almost seem like two rooms. We will continue to stay here as long as the service remains good. « less

This is a standard Hampton Inn. I had to wait at the front desk about 5 minutes upon check-in because there was no one manning the front desk. Rooms are standard with nothing that stands out. The price and location are why I stayed here. The included breakfast is decent; however, styrofoam plates and bowls with plastic utensils leave much to be desired. Coffee is very good and always hot and fresh. « less

Can't say enough about the location. Close to mall and many restaurants. Easy to get to which is a plus. Computers in business center were a little slow. « less
