Staid here with my wife in the beginning of May 2013. Hotel is located a little bit out of the city center, let me say 20 minutes walking to the Cathedral. But the enviroment seems to be absolutely safe. Hotel got no real face, it is huge business hotel with very long corridors. Room is light and big, but the internal architecture is awful. Wash basin is close to the wardrobe and it is very shallow so water always comes out to the wooden floor. When you come to get your clothes you will surely get your slippers wet, not very convenient. Sower is very dark and got no space to put your toiletry. This room was build by designers but not engineers means that it looks nice but absolutely not adjusted for living is you understand what I mean. Smoking room are available. Staff is not really friendly and hardly speaks/understands English but it is more or less usual situation in Spain. Hotel got no own parking but they have agreement with an underground parking nearby – very close and you get special rate after stamping your parking ticket at the reception desk. Breakfast room is very big with high ceilings but absolutely not cozy, looks like a student canteen. Breakfast costs 15.5 EUR and you have more a less good choices with fresh orange juice. Jura coffee machines. Let me be exactly clear - nothing bad about this hotel but for next visit I would try to find some other possibility. « less

We stayed for one night. Overall it is a good hotel but too noisy to get quality sleep in the moring when house-keepers talk outloud and literally scream to each other when doing their cleaning duty. Specially annoying in our room 463 which was right in front of the Little wharehouse they use for theses purposes.
Despite this poor experience, hotel is fairly good in terms of cleanliness, rooms and value as long as you get a good deal. « less

The hotel is well located for exploring Seville - it's opposite the bus station meaning you've got a direct and cheap (€4) route to and from the airport, and buses also go to the railway station. In terms of location when you're on foot, it's about 15 minutes walk to the central square with the cathedral and the Alcazar, however there are several lovely routes in either past the bull ring or through the shopping district along Alfonso XII and turn left at Plaza de Duc. Several really good restaurants are also nearby, La Piemontesa (2 venues) for Italian and Bodegon Alfonso XII for proper Spanish tapas at affordable prices.
The hotel itself is a pretty standard 4 star chain hotel in my opinion - the receptionists were all very nice and friendly, our room was small but well furnished, the bathroom made use of a separate basin area, which was handy. We were impressed with the free tapas brought round on the last night of the Feria, a nice gesture from the hotel. The free WiFi is a bit of a nuisance as you have to go and get a code every 24 hours to keep it running and faff about with saving it into your device, but it worked fine for what we wanted to do.
We didn't have breakfast included as €11 is rather steep for a slice of toast and a cup of tea, and you can find lovely tostada out and about for a lot less money. Finally, the swimming pool on the top floor of the hotel was quite small and only open form midday onwards but also very very cold, despite the lovely weather but the sun loungers were just perfect for catching a few rays at the end of the day. « less

Good base for 2-day stay in Seville during tail end of Semana Santa (Holy Week). Modern & large hotel nearby river and short walk either (1) SE to Cathedral & area (2) N to La Macarena or (3) SW and just across river to Triana neighbourhood. Underground public car park right under Plaza de Armas (about €20 per day) so you can leave your car securely and walk & enjoy city. « less
