We are always happy with Hampton Inns since they have a standard of clean, comfortable rooms that we have never been disappointed with. Check-in took less than two minutes with the front desk, tea/coffee/treats were available at check-in, and as usual the breakfast had many options. The front desk clerk even gave us a couple of water bottles for the road, which saved us a trip to the gas station on our way out. This is right off the turnpike, a little hard to get in and out of. Our room also faced the turnpike so you could hear the road but it was not loud enough to disturb sleep. « less

I stay at lots of Hampton Inn's and this one was average at best. If you are traveling along the Ohio Turnpike you eventually run out of choices and this one will work if you need a place to stay. The front desk clerk was busy playing on the computer when I arrived so it took a minute to acknowledge me. The rooms were clean but not as updated as many Hampton Inns The morning breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly but not like most Hampton Inns I have stayed at in the past. « less

This hotel was a total disappointment. Do NOT believe what you see on the website. He website promises many things then you arrive and they aren’t here. No microwave until I threatened to leave then they miraculously found one. Laundry room out of order my entire stay (over a week). Breakfast had great presentation but very poor quality. The breakfast room staff were consistently grumpy and non communicative as were front desk staff. In my entire stay only one staff spoke to me without me speaking first. Housekeeping complained about how hard the job was and the evening staff was so busy on her personal phone and computer that my questions were obviously an intrusion. I would not stay here again and don’t recommend it. I left mid-stay and ran over to Comfort Inn. Much better experience! « less
