I recently stayed at the Courtyard Hotel in Suwanee, Georgia for business. This property exceeded my expectations in more ways than one. The Hot Breakfast, which was included in my room was very good with a large selection of offerings.
The lobby had coffee( and fresh baked cookies) available anytime you passed through it. My room was very clean with a king bed, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. The pool and hot tub were also very well maintained and open til 11:00 pm. A real nice touch.
The staff was friendly and Shannon at the front desk was one of most helpful and enjoyable front desk persons I have ever met in a hotel. If you meet her upon check-in, she will offer up a big smile, friendly greeting and great conversation. « less

Worn out rooms, worn out lobby... Older furniture, cheap floppy TV. Overall pretty depressing especially for the price. Only good things? Some HD channels and fairly fast internet. The owner needs to lower rates or renovate. « less

I booked a suite over the weekend. Requested an early check-in and the room was not ready. The lady at the front desk contacted the houe keeping manager and my room was ready in about an hour. My over-all stay was great! The pictures do not accurately depict the rooms decor. My suite had a jacuzzi tub which was clean and inviting. Sometimes the jacuzzi tubs are below acceptable but everything was clean and orderly. The staff that I encountered were very friendly and I would stay here again. « less

Fitness center had some free weights and bench which was a plus but the tred mill was very old and worn. Walkiing distance to an Applebees and Outback. « less

A few things. The house cleaning hits you at 8 am! And they do it loudly. I mean who does that? And for one reason or another soneone one the third floor had access to my coworkers room and went into his room by accident while he was getting ready. That seems like a pretty big mess up from the front desk. Elevator was loud and kept me up during the night. « less
