Cova Hotel is one of the best-valued hotels I have found in the city. For a solid, well-maintained, freshly renovated, 3 star hotel, they have some of the lowest prices I have seen... which even include a breakfast buffet and internet. Their location is central to San Francisco, and their small size (less than 100 rooms) translates to very attentive service. They have great TripAdvisor reviews. Their accommodations are very basic, but nice. They have a lovely rooftop terrace as well, for any group that wishes to host an outdoor reception of some kind, as well as on on-site restaurant. In general, this is a good find for any group coming to the city on a budget - you get a lot of bang for your buck, with all the benefits of an intimate, well-kept property.

Situated in the heart of San Francisco, the COVA Hotel,San Francisco offers a delightful haven for travelers seeking spacious and comfortable lodging in a downtown atmosphere. We are located a few blocks from Union Square, the Asian Arts museum, San Francisco Opera, Theaters, and a brisk walk to States, Federal and City Government buildings. All our well decorated 95 rooms feature contemporary styling with Cotton bedding and large pillows, I-home and 32” High Definition flat screen TV. To further enhance our service, we provide a in-room coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, in-room electronic safe. Complimentary continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi and daily newspaper.
