Clean and convenient, We were there as a group all attending the same party, so we got to see several of the rooms all of which seem to be different. The staff were friendly and the group price quite good. The parking lot was a little tight obviously made for smaller cars. Overall it was what I expect from this chain. « less

Hotel was very clean, and it looks like very new as well. I just want to share my experience with all the people like me that before I book in the hotel i always check the review at trip advisory, Check inn in this hotel with my Mom who is handicapped, because of her weight she's having a hard time walking, unfortunately i was at the shower while my mom was trying to get her purse and she fell down on the floor, and so she called me and i was trying to carry her up back to the bed and i cant carry her at all, plus i have a back problem, thank goodness my mom is okay but the onlly thing is i cant carry her and so I called the frontdesk and Rona was there and I told her that i need help a strong man to carry my mom, I also told her the situation, without any questions she came to our room, when i saw her shes pretty tiny and told her i dont think she can carry my mom and she said she can try and she did helped my mom, my mom was crying and she cant stop thanking Rona. I just want to to share that the customer service we got to this hotel i can say was excellent.. We told our friends and family our experience and we highly recommend this hotel. Keep it up! « less

First of all, the two people we dealt with at the front desk were rude and insolent. Very unhelpful. As Diamond members, we spend a lot of time staying at Best Westerns and we have never had such a bad experience. The cleaning staff was wonderful and accommodating. The second biggest problem - the noise. Poor construction of the hotel meant that being on the first floor it sounded like there was a race marathon going on upstairs 24 hours a day. It seriously sounded like someone could be coming through the ceiling at any time. Very difficult to sleep or rest. And finally, poor tv reception - most channels inaccessible, 25% that were accessible had heavy snow. This Best Western shows in many ways they have chosen to 'cheap out'. They don't deserve to be part of the Best Western family. « less

I've stayed at this and many other Best Westerns. What I was disappointed about was that the hotel was home to a number of seniors(their residence burnt down) and the smoking was terrible. The hotel should recognize that there was a large group of smokers and should have designated an area - not the hotel entrance that you must walk thru each time! « less

We only live about 40 minutes from Langley so have never stayed in a hotel there but because we were in the city for a sports tournament we decided to stay at the Best Western Plus. The location is great and the beds are super comfy. I slept straight through the night which is highly unusual for me when I'm in a hotel. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good - lots of healthy options. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Langley. « less
