Good location, comfortable room, good value. I would recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Buckhead area. Be sure to confirm the parking garage location as we were directed by the attendant (must have been new) to the wrong garage. It created a big pain. Close to Starbucks, Smoothie King, grocery store, Atlanta Fish Market...and more. « less

The hotel provides basic amenities, the toiletries are nice, crabtree and evelyn, coffee and tea is a nice touch in the room, we got a crib and refrigerator compimenary. And of course as many warm cookies as you want. We were there for a wedding and it was lovely. They offer a shuttle that will take you anywhere within 3 miles. Everyone that worked there was super nice, especially the spanish guy that brought our crib and refrigerator in the middle of the night. He was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is centrally located to many sites, good shopping around in case you need something, everything is close by. The hotel also has food onsite which is a huge plus, plus an all you can eat paid $11 buffet breakfast which was absolutely wonderful. The beds are super nice and I could have slept in all day. We had a wonderful room on the 2nd floor. « less

My husband and I have visited many Buckhead hotels, but this was our first stay at the Doubletree. We had to take our miniature dachshund so a pet-friendly hotel was the priority. We're Hilton Honors members so we chose this one. The hotel was nice and clean with modern decor; however this would not be our preference for more than one night stay. It's in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping; and if you need pet friendly it's a good value (only $50 pet fee). « less

Recently changed from a Marriott the hotel is rundown and in need of a complete overhaul. Bathroom sink and shower faucets both broken and bathroom ceiling had mold buildup. Went for a beer in the bar and beer taps not working. Room onnthe 4th floor was noisy and street constrction work started before dawn each morning waking me up.
Only positive was location. Very close to convention center.

Hartsfield-Jackson International airport is 16 miles southwest from our hotel. From the airport, take 85 North to Atlanta which will merge with 75 North. Merge onto 85 North toward Buckhead. Take 400 North to Lenox Rd Exit. Make right off exit and right onto Peachtree Rd. Hotel entrance on right.
