We stayed at this hotel on 3/8/13. We needed something close to Springboro for an early appointment the next day. The room was very clean and the owner very nice and accomodating. It has easy access to the highway and close proximity to a walgreens and restaurants. There was good water pressure for showering. A great value for the money. « less

My vehicle broke down, stayed at the knights inn first checked out and came here. parking will accommodate 1 or 2 t/t or r.v's maybe 4 bobtails. pet friendly, micro/fridge free wifi hbo 1 w/d,iron/board, smoking and non smoking rooms avail. lots of towels too. close to I75 frwy walmart within half mi and kroeger's is less than 3 mi away, restaurants nearby shopping plaza in the vicinity. My room was a king smoking it was large clean and everything worked perfectly.This is an older property where upkeep/improvements/repairs are visibly being done. You have to appreciate that. My smoking room passed my white towel/cleaner test with flying colors. The furniture is dated not broken just older, my bed was comfy, the staff excellent, I will stay here again, hopefully under better circumstances. This is one of the better CHOICE hotels I have stayed in for half the price i must say. Thanks Econolodge for turning my frown upside down. « less
