The hotel features the re-imagined PUMP ROOM Restaurant, with a new food concept by world renowned and James Beard award winning Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Each evening the Restaurant’s bar transforms into a supper club that re-captures the glamour the 30’s and 40’s with a modern twist. PUBLIC Express is an exciting new concept that allows guests to enjoy specially designed “packaged” gourmet meals by Jean-Georges. These meals may be enjoyed in your room, or “on the go”. The 24 hour Lobby minibar offers snacks and beverages to customize your minibar, along with personal and PUBLIC branded items. The 285 spacious and over-sized guest rooms and suites are designed in a soothing "no-color" color palette. With Frette linens, down bedding, 42” HD TV’s, complimentary WiFi, and custom drapery and lighting, the rooms evoke a sense of ease and comfort, and feature an unexpected mix of classic and modern pieces creating one harmonious environment. Guest rooms are decorated with natural linen seating, leather Thonet desk chairs and Giacometti inspired steel desks. Bathrooms feature marble mosaic floors, custom Corian sinks and Delft porcelain inspired accessories.
