The Comfort Inn & Suites is very conveniently located adjacent to I-4 at
the Lee Road Exit #88. Our hotel is on the East side of Orlando in the
Winter Park area, 3 miles from the Park Avenue area of Historic Winter Park
and Rollins College. And only 4 miles from the Altamonte Springs Mall area.
The Trotter Ridge sports park is just 1.5 mile away on Lee Road. Amway
Arena, home of the Orlando Magic, is just 5 minutes West on I-4, and
downtown Orlando is a 10 minute drive. Driving West on I-4 from our hotel,

I always enjoy my stay. Great friendly customer service, Jack and Neida are the best! Accommodations & Cleanliness are top notch. Always fresh hot coffee in the lobby and l enjoy the variety of morning breakfast available. Nieda has always been polite, helpful and prompt with any request I have. Visiting the workout room is always nice and on the few occasions there has been a issue with any of the equipment Jack is alway quick to address the issue and resolve the problem. Spent Saturday night here as I was helping my son move apartments. Room was large, no problems but for the fact there was no hot water in the a.m. A brief conversation with the hotel desk solved the problem. Wi fi worked in the room. "Free" continental breakfast in the morning. Had an adjoining room with the in laws. Room was large with king sized bed and couch and fridge. « less

Although the front desk staff were friendly, courteous and well trained; the maintenance and housekeeping staff were another story. Twice, staff waltzed into our hotel room unannounced. After 10 p.m. maintenance used their pass key and came right in! No knock at the door, and he didn't announce himself :O The next day, the housekeeping staff did the same thing. This hotel made us feel extremely unsafe. Not to mention we had to have housekeeping come in and re-clean the bathroom because of soap scum, etc... :( « less
