The staff was lovely (especially the guy working the night shift!) and very courteous, and made sure that I was in fact taken care of, and comfortable during my stay. The freeway wasn't too noisy, the maid service was excellent, and I will most definitely be back in the future if I am in that area again. « less

We were in Everett, WA and needed a room for the night. The woman (who apparently is no longer w/ you) told me that in order to keep a Service Animal that we would have to stay in a room for The Disabled. Fine. Only the room was so crappy (heat stayed on, the water pressure was non-existent, etc.) and so NOISY, that we complained. I received an email from Travelodge, with an attachment of a Promotional Code for a free night's stay at Travelodge. Wrong. It was BS. Upon having to be in Everett, WA again and requesting that the manager help us out, we were told to call the 800 #, and it was confirmed by one of your representatives, that the Promo Code was not from them. However we could have a room for 50% off (based on the manager sending us an email, which we never received...). This would have been fine if the night manager would have kept the LOSERS in the next room from ruining our stay. So whaddya think? Can we get a COMP now? You certainly owe us!!! « less
